BTS Revives 'Run BTS,' Drops New Song 'Come Over' for Festa

Annual anniversary celebration to culminate with sold-out Busan concerts

BTS (Big Hit Music

K-pop sensation BTS is set to ignite fan excitement with the highly anticipated return of their beloved variety series “Run BTS” and the official release of the much-requested track “Come Over.” These exciting events are central to the global K-pop group’s annual Festa celebration, commemorating their June 13 debut anniversary, as revealed in a detailed schedule unveiled earlier this week by Big Hit Music.

The BTS Festa serves as the group’s cherished annual festival, a vibrant blend of online content and immersive offline events designed to celebrate their milestone debut. Notably, this year’s Festa festivities will perfectly align with the highly anticipated “BTS World Tour ‘Arirang’ in Busan” concerts, scheduled for June 12 and 13 at the iconic Busan Asiad Main Stadium, promising an unforgettable experience for ARMYs.

The exciting Festa programming kicks off this Thursday with the release of BTS’s much-loved annual family photo, a heartwarming tradition cherished by fans since its inception in 2014, signaling the start of the celebration.

Friday will see BTS unveil an electrifying performance video for “Hooligan,” a standout track from their critically acclaimed fifth studio album, “Arirang.” Fans can also look forward to further exclusive content, including the “Normal Log” and “13 Side Film,” which are slated for release on Sunday and Monday, adding more layers to the grand Festa celebration.

A major highlight of this year’s Festa is the highly anticipated comeback of the group’s iconic self-produced variety series, “Run BTS 2.0,” returning on June 10 and 11. The original “Run BTS” has consistently been one of BTS’s most successful and engaging content franchises. Its recent three-part special, “Run BTS: BTS’s Trip,” alongside compelling teaser videos launched in April and May, has already garnered nearly 30 million cumulative views on YouTube, showcasing its immense global popularity.

On June 12, BTS will officially unleash “Come Over” to a wider audience. This much-requested track was previously an exclusive gem found only on the deluxe vinyl edition of “Arirang.” Adding to the excitement, the song was expertly produced by member Suga. Fans can further anticipate the release of the special “Arirang (613 Limited Edition Picture Disc Vinyl)” on this momentous day.

The grand Festa celebration will culminate with BTS headlining two spectacular concerts in Busan on June 12 and 13. These highly anticipated performances signify the K-pop titans’ triumphant return to the city, marking their first shows there since the impactful “BTS ‘Yet To Come’ in Busan” event in October 2022, which passionately supported Busan’s bid to host the World Expo 2030.

These Busan concerts hold profound additional significance, as the city famously hosted BTS’s poignant final group performance before the individual members commenced their mandatory military service. Unsurprisingly, both shows quickly sold out, demonstrating the unwavering global demand for BTS tickets and their dedicated fanbase.

In related news, BTS recently concluded the highly successful North American leg of their “Arirang” world tour on May 28 at the prestigious Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. This phenomenal tour captivated audiences across five major cities, including Tampa and Mexico City, spanning 15 electrifying concerts. Every single show was completely sold out, collectively drawing an impressive approximate total of 840,000 enthusiastic attendees, solidifying BTS’s unparalleled global touring power.
