Singer Lim Young-woong shined in popularity, securing the Top 2 spot in the May Singer Brand Reputation rankings.

According to the big data analysis results for the May 2026 Singer Brand Reputation, announced by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute on May 23, Lim Young-woong ranked 2nd. BTS claimed the 1st spot, and Cortis secured 3rd place.

Lim Young-woong’s brand reputation index was analyzed at 4,918,515, comprising a participation index of 754,994, a media index of 1,261,007, a communication index of 1,105,524, and a community index of 1,796,990.

Director Goo Chang-hwan of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute stated, “The Lim Young-woong brand, which continues to set new records with the ‘Heroic Era’ (his fandom), achieved the 2nd position.”

The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 95,308,896 pieces of singer brand big data from April 23, 2026, to May 23, 2026, to assess consumer brand participation, media engagement, communication, and community activity. This represents a 22.32% decrease compared to the 122,699,048 singer brand big data points analyzed in April.

The Singer Brand Reputation Index is a metric derived from extracting big data related to singer brands that release popular music, conducting consumer behavior analysis, and categorizing it into participation value, communication value, media value, and community value. It is further analyzed through positive-negative ratio analysis and a specialized reputation analysis algorithm. Brand reputation analysis reveals who, where, how, how much, and why people are talking about a particular brand.

The top 30 rankings for the May 2026 Singer Brand Reputation were analyzed in the following order: BTS, Lim Young-woong, Cortis, Hanroro, IVE, BLACKPINK, SEVENTEEN, Kim Yong-bin, Sung Si-kyung, aespa, Lee Chan-won, TWICE, BIGBANG, ILLIT, Park Ji-hyun, Young Tak, Hatz to Hatz, EXO, Stray Kids, PSY, Hwasa, LE SSERAFIM, Park Seo-jin, Choi Ye-na, Wanna One, Jannabi, Swings, TWS, DAY6, and 10CM.
