K-pop sensation BABYMONSTER’s highly anticipated music video for their track “Choom” officially achieved an incredible milestone, surpassing 100 million views on YouTube as of Monday.
This impressive feat marks the 16th visual from the rising girl group to reach this significant YouTube milestone. The “Choom” MV accomplished this in a rapid 14 days, further highlighted by its record as the most-watched video globally on the platform within its first 24 hours.
The successful music video serves as the title track from BABYMONSTER’s latest third EP, which demonstrated its global appeal by landing atop the iTunes Top Albums Chart in 19 different regions worldwide. The four-track mini-album also showcased remarkable commercial success, selling over 750,000 copies within its debut week.
Looking ahead, the popular K-pop group is set to embark on a highly anticipated world tour, commencing with a show in Seoul next month. However, member Rami is yet to rejoin her fellow group members on stage. She has been on hiatus and suspended her activities since May of last year due to health reasons.
