BTS member Jungkook’s solo song ‘My Time’, for which he participated in both lyrics and composition, has officially surpassed 300 million cumulative streams on Spotify.
A track from BTS’s 4th full-length album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL : 7’, ‘My Time’ continues to show a consistent rise in streaming numbers, even six years after its initial release. This latest achievement marks Jungkook’s 10th song to reach over 300 million streams on the Spotify platform.
Upon its release, ‘My Time’ made a significant impact by charting at No. 84 on the prestigious U.S. music media Billboard’s main singles chart, the ‘Hot 100’. At the time, this was the highest position achieved by a solo track from the album. Furthermore, it was the first solo song from a BTS album to claim the No. 1 spot on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart, maintaining its presence on the chart for an impressive total of 85 weeks.

‘My Time’ also shattered records by topping the iTunes Top Songs chart in 106 countries and regions globally. In the U.S., it became the fastest K-pop idol solo song to sell 100,000 units, achieving this milestone in a remarkably short 57 days. By 2023, its U.S. sales exceeded 500,000 units, qualifying it for a prestigious RIAA Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.
Adding to its global appeal, even the world-renowned pop diva Beyoncé has publicly expressed her admiration for ‘My Time’. Furthermore, Jungkook’s individual Spotify account has amassed over 10.9 billion cumulative streams across all his credited works, making him the fastest Asian artist and the first K-pop solo artist to achieve this monumental streaming milestone.
