Boy group BTS member Jungkook has publicly apologized for a sound controversy at their US concert.
BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) are holding their ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN TAMPA’ concert series from the 25th to the 28th at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, USA.
This US concert marks their first in approximately four years since ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE’ in Las Vegas in April 2022, generating unprecedented excitement among local fans.

However, an unfortunate incident occurred on the opening day of the concert, the 25th. A sound malfunction took place during the performance of ‘Magic Shop.’ Specifically, during Jungkook’s part, the audio was overly processed, sounding like someone else’s voice, which sparked controversy. In response, Jungkook performed ‘Magic Shop’ a cappella again after the main stage, addressing the sound issue.
Furthermore, after the concert on the 25th, Jungkook took to his personal SNS, stating, “Yes, the ‘Magic Shop’ sound issue is real. Don’t worry. We’ll get it right starting today,” emphasizing his commitment to improving the sound.
He also didn’t forget to apologize to ARMY (the fandom name) who attended the concert. Jungkook expressed his frustration, saying, “I’m sorry to the ARMY who came to the concert yesterday,” adding, “I’m angry too.”

Following their performance at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, BTS will officially kick off their North American tour. The tour will span 31 shows across 12 cities, including Mexico City, Las Vegas, and Chicago. Naturally, all tickets for every show sold out rapidly.
On May 2nd and 3rd, they will meet fans at the Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso. BTS is the first Korean artist to hold a solo concert at this stadium.
