TASHKENT, Uzbekistan — Zyx Technology is actively positioning its advanced artificial intelligence-based digital twin solutions for significant engagement within Uzbekistan’s rapidly expanding urban development and smart construction sectors. This strategic move highlights the growing ambition of Korean tech firms to become key contributors to Central Asia’s crucial infrastructure projects.

During the recent Korea-Uzbekistan Business Forum held in Tashkent, Zyx Technology Chairman Choi Jong-bok showcased the company’s innovative AI-powered design and comprehensive construction management tools. He emphasized their profound potential to bolster Uzbekistan’s upcoming future city and large-scale infrastructure developments.

“I envision a future where Tashkent and emerging cities across Uzbekistan are meticulously designed and optimized using our cutting-edge technology,” Choi stated confidently.

Zyx Technology boasts a robust portfolio of core products, including Zyx Space, Zyx CAD, and Zyx Dive. These sophisticated platforms are widely adopted by leading Korean corporations across diverse industries such as architecture, construction, robotics, defense, and shipbuilding, as affirmed by Chairman Choi.

Specifically, Zyx CAD is a trusted tool for industry giant Samsung C&T. Furthermore, Zyx Dive, a specialized construction site management solution, is leveraged by major players like Daewoo Engineering & Construction and DL E&C. Choi also noted that Hanwha Ocean, a globally recognized leader in shipbuilding and defense, has integrated Zyx Technology’s advanced design software, replacing previously used foreign alternatives.

Zyx Space, the company’s intelligent interior automation solution, harnesses the power of AI to efficiently transform traditional analog drawings into precise digital formats, significantly boosting design efficiency. Chairman Choi revealed ongoing discussions with Samsung C&T regarding potential collaborations to implement AI-based interior design solutions early in the apartment presale phase.

The primary objective of this initiative, he explained, is to empower prospective homebuyers with the ability to personalize their interiors much earlier in the construction process. This innovation aims to substantially reduce post-construction remodeling expenses and minimize construction waste, simultaneously unlocking valuable new revenue streams for developers and builders.

Choi further highlighted Zyx Technology’s successful partnership with Gangnam-gu in Seoul, where its intelligent digital twin solution is actively employed for sophisticated urban design and planning. He presented this as an exemplary model ripe for expansion to other cities seeking smart urban transformation.

“My aspiration is that our intelligent digital twin solutions will play a pivotal role in designing new, vibrant cities within Tashkent,” he reiterated.

Beyond its commercial applications, Zyx Technology is deeply committed to nurturing future talent. The company collaborates with approximately 30 prestigious Korean universities, including Seoul National University, Yonsei University, Korea University, Sungkyunkwan University, and KAIST, to rigorously train the next generation of AI professionals. Chairman Choi also indicated the expansion of these vital educational outreach programs to international markets, including Vietnam and Mongolia.
