K-pop sensation BoyNextDoor has made a spectacular debut with their first studio album, “Home,” soaring to the No. 1 spot on Oricon’s Daily Album Ranking. This remarkable achievement was announced by KOZ Entertainment, citing the chart data from June 10.
The highly anticipated LP is rapidly closing in on the coveted 1 million sales mark, having already surpassed an impressive 970,000 units as of Thursday. This success further solidifies the six-member group’s strong market presence, following their three preceding EPs, all of which achieved million-seller status.
Their global reach continues to expand, with the official music video for the main track “Viral” garnering over 10 million views on YouTube. Furthermore, the lead single has consistently maintained a prominent position on the competitive Melon chart since its release, showcasing its widespread appeal.
The “Home” single also demonstrated its international strength, topping iTunes songs charts in four regions, while the full “Home” LP simultaneously claimed the No. 1 spot on iTunes albums charts in an equal number of territories.
Fans can look forward to an immersive experience at a special pop-up store, bringing the “Home” concept to life at the Hybe headquarters. Opening on Tuesday and running through June 25, the store will offer a diverse range of exclusive merchandise, from stylish clothing to unique stress balls, available for purchase.
