Tim Hortons Korea is thrilled to announce the launch of its exclusive “Non-Original Iced Capp” campaign, a unique celebration that infuses beloved Korean flavors and cultural aesthetics into the brand’s iconic iced beverage collection. This innovative initiative aims to redefine the classic Iced Capp experience for Korean consumers.

This groundbreaking campaign reimagines Tim Hortons’ globally cherished Original Iced Capp, first introduced in 1999, by masterfully incorporating authentic Korean ingredients and artistic aesthetics. It underscores Tim Hortons’ commitment to a localized strategy, expertly tailoring its global offerings to resonate deeply with local preferences and palates in South Korea.

Drawing inspiration from Korea’s vibrant *saekdong norigae*, a beautiful traditional multicolored ornament, the campaign’s visual identity bursts with dynamic hues. These colorful elements are seamlessly blended with exquisite Korean dessert flavors, culminating in a captivating new series of localized Iced Capp creations.

The core objective of this campaign, according to Tim Hortons, is to forge stronger emotional connections with Korean consumers. It artfully achieves this by harmonizing the brand’s rich Canadian heritage and identity with cherished Korean cultural themes, creating a truly unique cross-cultural experience.

A compelling campaign video further enhances this narrative, showcasing two symbolic bears: a majestic Canadian grizzly representing the classic Original Iced Capp, and an endearing Asiatic black bear symbolizing Korea. Together, they beautifully portray a heartwarming tale of cross-cultural friendship and culinary unity.

The innovative new beverage lineup masterfully reinterprets beloved Korean *bingsu* (shaved ice desserts) into refreshing drinkable forms. Highlights include the exquisite **Apple Mango Bingsu Iced Capp**, crafted with creamy milk ice and luscious apple mango. Also featured is the comforting **Red Bean Bingsu Iced Capp**, a delightful blend of rice ice, perfectly sweet red beans, and chewy rice cakes.

Beyond beverages, Tim Hortons has also unveiled a delectable array of Korean-inspired donuts and Timbits. The new cruller selection boasts unique flavors such as savory **Injeolmi**, aromatic **Black Sesame**, and distinctive **Mugwort**. Furthermore, two exciting Timbits varieties ingeniously reinterpret Korea’s popular seed-filled *hotteok*, offering a bite-sized taste of tradition.

A Tim Hortons official commented on the launch, stating, “The Iced Capp stands as one of our brand’s most signature products. Our vision was to respectfully preserve the rich heritage of the original, while simultaneously expanding the flavor spectrum to delight our Korean customers. We are confident that this exceptional lineup, which beautifully blends our global legacy with authentic Korean tastes, will provide customers with an unforgettable and refreshing summer experience.”
