Nvidia’s Madison Huang, Senior Director of Product Marketing for Omniverse and Robotics, recently visited Doosan Robotics, signaling an intensified partnership between the South Korean robotics innovator and the US tech giant. This collaboration aims to jointly develop a cutting-edge **robot execution platform** and commercialize advanced **industrial humanoid robots** by 2028, poised to revolutionize industrial automation.
During her visit on Wednesday, Huang, the eldest daughter of Nvidia co-founder and CEO Jensen Huang, toured Doosan Robotics’ state-of-the-art Innovation Center located in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province. Here, she engaged in strategic discussions with Doosan Robotics CEO Kim Min-pyo, highlighting the critical nature of their alliance in the evolving **robotics industry**.
Key discussions centered on the seamless integration of Doosan’s proprietary **Agentic Robot Operating System (Agentic ROS)** with Nvidia’s powerful simulation tools and advanced AI training frameworks. This synergistic platform is designed to empower robots with superior environmental perception, optimized movement pathways, and the capability to execute high-precision industrial tasks with unprecedented accuracy.
Through this strategic collaboration, Doosan Robotics is committed to developing a robust **robot execution platform** that guarantees reliable and error-free operation within diverse, real-world industrial environments, enhancing efficiency and safety across manufacturing sectors.
The two companies are actively exploring the development of crucial components for future **intelligent robotics solutions**. This includes advanced **robot-AI interfaces**, standardized control protocols, specialized task-specific models, and stringent safety control guardrails, ensuring both performance and operational security.
The ambitious partnership outlines a clear roadmap: the unveiling of **intelligent robot solutions** powered by the **Agentic Operating System** in 2027, followed by the landmark launch of their **industrial humanoid robots** in 2028. These developments underscore their commitment to leading the next generation of **industrial automation**.
Further showcasing their joint technological prowess, Doosan Robotics and Nvidia are also considering presenting their collaborative achievements at prestigious global trade shows, including the highly influential Consumer Electronics Show (CES), as early as 2027, drawing international attention to their innovative strides in **AI and robotics**.
“The ultimate success of **physical AI** hinges not solely on the intelligence embedded within AI models, but equally on the stability and reliability of execution platforms that can perform flawlessly in dynamic, real-world settings,” stated Doosan Robotics CEO Kim Min-pyo.
Kim further emphasized, “Based on our productive discussions, we are strategically advancing the **commercialization of intelligent robotic solutions and industrial humanoids**. This will be achieved by expertly combining Doosan’s renowned hardware manufacturing capabilities with Nvidia’s expansive and powerful software ecosystem, setting new benchmarks in **robotics technology**.”
