K-pop powerhouse Nmixx is set to make a highly anticipated comeback, collaborating with acclaimed singer-songwriter Hanroro for the title track of their fifth EP, “Heavy Serenade.” This exciting news was confirmed by their label, JYP Entertainment, on Thursday.
Fans can mark their calendars as the new Nmixx mini album, “Heavy Serenade,” is officially scheduled for release on May 11, promising fresh new music and performances from the talented K-pop group.
The upcoming “Heavy Serenade” EP will feature a total of six diverse tracks. Hanroro has lent her signature poetic touch to the lyrics of the main track, adding an artistic depth to the album. Furthermore, Nmixx members Lily and Bae have actively participated in the creative process: Lily is credited for writing “Loud” and co-writing the track “Crescendo,” while Bae contributed her talents to the writing of “Different Girl.” This showcases the group’s growing involvement in crafting their unique sound.
Adding to the pre-release buzz, the six-member K-pop act will perform a B-side track, “Superior,” at an esports festival’s opening ceremony this Friday, offering fans an early listen to their new music. Singer-songwriter Hanroro is also slated to perform at the event.
For those eager for more Nmixx content, the official music video for “Crescendo” is scheduled to be unveiled on April 28.
