LX Hausys is strategically accelerating its global expansion efforts, prominently featuring its innovative products at leading international trade shows across Europe, the US, and Asia. This proactive approach is key to securing new growth opportunities amidst evolving market dynamics and rising operational costs.
Despite a challenging global economic climate, LX Hausys successfully boosted its overseas revenue to an impressive 1.02 trillion won ($690 million) last year. This figure represents 32 percent of the company’s total sales, marking a significant 4 percent increase from the previous year and underscoring its robust international market performance.
The company’s core focus lies in leveraging its flagship premium materials: Himacs solid surface material, Benif architectural film, and Hflor resilient flooring. These high-quality products are being strategically positioned to capture market share in advanced economies like North America and Europe, while simultaneously penetrating dynamic emerging markets across Asia and India.
Since the beginning of 2026, LX Hausys has made a significant impact by participating in over five major global exhibitions. The company garnered considerable attention at The International Surface Event in January and the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show in February, both held in the US. This was followed by successful showcases at EuroShop in Germany and Design Shanghai in China, where its premium architectural films and innovative flooring solutions were prominently displayed.
Most recently, LX Hausys demonstrated its commitment to innovation at Germany’s Fensterbau Frontale 2026, the premier international trade fair for windows, doors, and facades. At this influential event, the company unveiled an extensive range of approximately 80 types of high-weatherability exterior films, specifically engineered to withstand extreme light and temperature conditions, showcasing its advanced material science.
Among the highlights were advanced products that have earned the prestigious RAL quality mark from Germany’s respected window association. LX Hausys also introduced Cool Skin, a groundbreaking new solar-reflective film designed to prevent heat-related deformation of window profiles, a feature that attracted substantial interest and positive feedback from European industry partners seeking sustainable and durable solutions.
Looking ahead, LX Hausys is poised to further diversify its market presence by entering the burgeoning signage and functional film sectors. The company is set to exhibit at the ISA International Sign Expo 2026 in Orlando, Florida, from Wednesday to Friday, and at the Fespa Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, in May. At these events, LX Hausys will showcase its innovative Vizuon sign and graphic films alongside its versatile Benif products, targeting new applications and customer segments.
“Expanding our robust global presence is a paramount strategic objective amidst ongoing macroeconomic uncertainties and shifts within the domestic market,” stated a company official. “We are dedicated to continuously delivering localized, high-quality products that are meticulously tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of our diverse global customer base, reinforcing our commitment to international excellence.”
