Innocean, the advertising agency for Hyundai Motor Group, announced it has been recognized on Ad Age’s prestigious 2026 A-List. This marks the first time a Korean agency has been named among the top 10 marketing firms in the United States.
Ad Age’s A-List evaluates agencies in the U.S., the world’s leading advertising market accounting for 35.3% of global ad spend. The selection is based on a comprehensive assessment of creative excellence, business performance, and overall industry influence.
Innocean previously made history as the first Korean advertising firm to produce a Super Bowl commercial in 2010. Their Genesis campaign, “First Date,” achieved top honors in the 2016 Super Bowl Ad Preference Survey, solidifying their creative impact.
The company’s U.S. subsidiary has demonstrated consistent growth, reporting $460 million in revenue in 2025, a 7.7% increase year-over-year. This performance places them second among advertising agencies in Southern California, highlighting their strong regional presence.
“This achievement is significant as it acknowledges our dedication to expanding our client base and establishing a solid foundation for sustained growth in the U.S. market,” stated Jeon Il-soo, Innocean Vice President and Head of Global Business and the Americas.
Innocean’s US operations boast a diverse and impressive client roster, including Hyundai Motor, Kia, Genesis, Hankook Tire, TaylorMade, El Pollo Loco, Wienerschnitzel, NEFT Vodka, and Jinro USA. The agency provides integrated marketing solutions to these leading brands.
