LG Energy Solution announced its participation in InterBattery 2026, Korea’s premier battery industry exhibition, taking place from March 11-13 at Coex in Seoul. The company plans to unveil its advanced battery technologies for electric vehicles (EVs), energy storage systems (ESS), and robotics.
A major highlight will be the introduction of LG Energy Solution’s lithium manganese-rich battery, designed to strike a balance between affordability and high performance. Attendees can also expect updates on the company’s progress in developing next-generation battery technologies, including all-solid-state batteries.
The company’s booth, themed “Original Innovator, Creating the Future of Energy,” will be divided into five distinct zones: Hero, Energy Infrastructure, Mobility, Robotics & Drones, and Future Technology. This structure reflects LG Energy Solution’s strategy to expand battery applications beyond traditional EV uses.
In the Energy Infrastructure zone, LG Energy Solution will showcase solutions to address the growing electricity demands driven by the expansion of AI and renewable energy sources. Featured products will include battery systems for grid stabilization, commercial and industrial applications, and data centers, alongside the company’s innovative Energy-as-a-Service business model.
The Mobility section will spotlight next-generation batteries for EVs and AI-powered diagnostic technologies. The Robotics & Drones area will demonstrate practical applications of LG Energy Solution’s technology, showcasing products such as LG Electronics’ home robot LG Cloid, Bear Robotics’ autonomous Carti100, blood delivery drones, and cube satellites.
The Future Technology zone will present LG Energy Solution’s global research and development roadmap, highlighting next-generation battery chemistries like all-solid-state, lithium metal, bipolar, and sodium batteries, underscoring the company’s long-term vision for sustainable energy.
“This exhibition will demonstrate LG Energy Solution’s role as a core energy provider powering the world behind the scenes,” said a representative from LG Energy Solution. “Visitors will be able to see the future of innovative technologies leading next-generation industries, from AI infrastructure to robotics.”
