LX Hausys, a leading Korean building materials company, announced Thursday its successful showcase of innovative surface materials at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) 2026 in Orlando, Florida, as part of its strategic expansion into the North American market.
Following their participation in The International Surface Event (TISE) 2026 in late January, this exhibition, held from February 17-19, marked LX Hausys’s second major US trade show appearance this year, focused on attracting new customers and strengthening their presence in the region.
At KBIS 2026, LX Hausys highlighted its range of surface solutions tailored to meet the growing demands of larger kitchens and bathrooms prevalent in North American homes. The showcased collections included the esteemed engineered stone brand Viatera, the versatile acrylic solid surface brand Himacs, and the durable porcelain surface brand Teracanto.
Among the standout new products were the “Viatera Solea” engineered stone, distinguished by its delicate gold veining inspired by natural marble, and the “Viatera Midnight Ember Brushed,” featuring a sophisticated deep black finish.
LX Hausys also presented “Borte,” an integrated furniture board created by directly applying decorative film to medium-density fiberboard (MDF). This product garnered significant attention for its premium texture and exceptional resistance to scratches and stains.
The LX Hausys exhibition booth featured meticulously designed full-scale kitchen and bathroom vignettes, highlighting the company’s key products. Additionally, an interactive material-matching zone allowed visitors to explore surface textures and experiment with various product combinations, offering a hands-on experience.
“We are receiving positive feedback from customers by presenting a comprehensive range of products, from surface materials such as engineered stone and porcelain to furniture boards and flooring,” said an LX Hausys official. “We will continue to participate in major global exhibitions to expand our overseas sales.”
