LG CNS, a leading technology services provider, recently announced its collaboration with SAP to co-host the highly anticipated “Business AI for ERP Summit.” During the event, LG CNS unveiled its comprehensive strategy for next-generation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation, significantly powered by SAP Business AI capabilities.

Demonstrating its commitment to pioneering AI in business, LG CNS has been actively building robust AI capabilities in close partnership with SAP’s Asia-Pacific unit since last year. This strategic focus led to the recent establishment of a dedicated “ERP AX Business Unit,” specifically designed to accelerate and optimize AI-based ERP consulting and implementation projects for clients.
The company provides a full spectrum of end-to-end ERP services, encompassing everything from initial strategic consulting to ongoing operational support. Son Dong-shin, who leads the Future Robotics Lab at LG CNS, presented compelling applications of humanoid robotics. He detailed how SAP’s innovative “Embodied AI” can be seamlessly integrated with LG CNS’ advanced robotics platform, paving the way for sophisticated real-world deployments and operational advancements.
Na Han-shin, head of the Enterprise Solution Division, emphasized a forward-thinking perspective, stating that AI should fundamentally function as an operating system for modern organizations, moving beyond its traditional role as a mere standalone tool.
“Companies must look beyond simple AI adoption; it’s imperative to redesign entire workflows around intelligent AI agents to unlock their full potential,” Na elaborated.
