SEOUL, Jan. 26 (Yonhap) — Rising K-pop girl group KiiiKiii is back with their second EP, “Delulu Pack,” released on Monday, further solidifying their signature “KiiiKiii-style Gen Z energy.” This highly anticipated comeback promises a fresh wave of infectious beats and relatable themes.
This release marks the group’s first album in ten months since their debut EP “Uncut Gem,” and follows closely after their digital single “To Me From Me (Prod. Tablo)” just two months ago, showcasing their dedication to consistent musical output.
“Delulu Pack,” featuring six dynamic tracks, embodies the quintet’s New Year aspiration: a powerful commitment to living freely and authentically, defined by their own rules and aspirations.

The EP’s title, “Delulu Pack,” takes inspiration from the popular online slang “delulu” (short for “delusional”), a term often used in a lighthearted manner to describe wishful thinking and hopeful daydreams.
“It’s an Internet meme term,” explained member Jiyu during the album’s media showcase in Seoul. “We wanted to embrace that humor and transform it into our own unique and enjoyable form of daydreaming.”
The album’s title track, “404 (New Era),” cleverly utilizes the familiar internet error code “404 Not Found.” KiiiKiii reinterprets this error as a symbol of “freedom beyond limitations,” blending high-energy UK house and garage beats with impactful rap verses and ethereal vocal melodies.
“It’s a confident and empowering song that truly represents us,” Leesol elaborated. “It conveys the message that we don’t simply follow predetermined paths but instead forge our own unique destinies.”
KiiiKiii — consisting of members Jiyu, Leesol, Sui, Haum, and Kya — debuted in March 2025, marking the first girl group launch from Starship Entertainment in four years since Ive. The rookie group quickly captured attention for its bold and unapologetic “Gen Z” aesthetic, resonating with younger audiences.

Further emphasizing this Gen Z identity, the choreography for “404 (New Era)” includes a memorable moment where the members playfully mimic taking selfies, a clear nod to the digital-native confidence that defines their overall image.
“We aimed to express aspects of ourselves that people could easily relate to,” Sui commented. “From the Y2K-inspired album packaging to the inclusion of slime in the physical album set, we truly wanted to capture that nostalgic yet playfully vibrant vibe that’s characteristic of our generation.”
While KiiiKiii has been labeled a “Gen Z icon,” Leesol shared that the group’s aspirations extend beyond generational boundaries. “We appreciate the title, but our ultimate goal is to create music that resonates and connects with audiences across all generations.”
