The Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corp. (aT) proudly announced its successful operation of a vibrant Korean food booth at a major culture festival held in St. Petersburg, Russia, on July 12. This engaging event captivated approximately 3,000 visitors, offering them an immersive experience into the authentic world of K-food, K-beauty, and K-pop.

Recognized as the region’s largest celebration of Korean culture, the festival presented a diverse array of attractions. Attendees enjoyed delicious Korean street food, explored popular K-beauty products, participated in traditional Korean games, and watched thrilling K-pop performances and Taekwondo demonstrations. A central highlight was aT’s dynamic booth, which proudly showcased key Korean export staples and featured an interactive instant noodle station, allowing visitors to delve into Korea’s beloved ramyeon culture firsthand.

Beyond cultural promotion, aT strategically conducted vital market research during the event, gathering valuable insights into Russian consumer taste perception and brand awareness to inform future marketing strategies. The corporation also actively promoted accessible online sales channels for Korean products. An official stated that aT is committed to expanding its robust marketing initiatives beyond St. Petersburg, targeting Russia’s secondary and tertiary cities to further grow the presence of Korean agro-fishery and food products in the vast Russian market.
