K-pop sensation Yeonjun, a member of the globally renowned boy group Tomorrow X Together (TXT), is making his highly anticipated solo comeback with the release of his new EP, “No Labels: Part 02,” set to drop at 1 p.m. This marks Yeonjun’s first solo record in approximately eight months, following the success of his initial solo offering, “No Labels: Part 01.”
The captivating new album features a collection of six distinct tracks. Leading the charge is the vibrant single “Ice Cream,” alongside other compelling songs such as “Vanilla” and “No More Disco.” Fans will be thrilled to know that Yeonjun actively contributed to the EP’s creative process, lending his artistic touch to the choreography for the lead track, “Ice Cream,” and penning the lyrics for “Baby Wassup?” and “Long Way Long Ride.”
“Ice Cream” is described as the ultimate summer song, perfectly capturing the essence of a relationship where two individuals, despite their undeniable sweetness towards each other, consciously maintain a certain distance. Yeonjun shared his insights into the selection of the lead track, stating, “I felt selecting ‘Ice Cream’ as the lead track was the right decision, as it best reflects my color in this album. It is a song that shows both my exterior and inner self.”
Further cementing his status as a solo artist, Yeonjun is scheduled to perform on ABC’s prestigious “Good Morning America” Summer Concert Series. Fans can catch his solo stage performance on Aug. 7 (U.S. time), an event sure to draw global attention.
