NMIXX member Sullyoon moved fans recently when she shed tears on stage during a concert performance, reportedly due to an injury.
A post titled “Sullyoon Performing While Crying Due to Pain” recently gained traction across online communities, sparking widespread concern among K-Pop enthusiasts.
The viral video captured NMIXX during a recent stop on their ongoing world tour.
In a poignant moment, after executing a demanding move that involved bending her back, Sullyoon was seen clutching her waist and visibly struggling in a corner of the stage, as other members took center focus for their part of the routine.
Despite the evident pain, Sullyoon persevered, continuing her performance, but ultimately, her emotions overcame her, and she burst into tears, further intensifying fan worries.

The fan who filmed the video shared their heartbreak, stating, “She was whimpering because her back hurt so much, and Jinnsol saw it and kept checking on her… Oh, my heart aches.”
Addressing the growing concern from fans, Sullyoon later updated them via a fan communication platform. She explained, “I think I overdid it during the dress rehearsal yesterday, and it started hurting then. So I put on a patch, took medicine, and slept, but when I woke up, it had gotten a little worse.” This direct update reassured many fans about her condition.
She continued, revealing her dedication, “I reported it and received laser treatment and various other therapies. Both the company and the hospital advised me to rest, but I really wanted to perform, even if just a little.” This statement underscored her commitment to her fans and the stage, despite the medical recommendations.
Meanwhile, NMIXX is currently embarking on their debut world tour, which commenced on the 13th. The global tour sees them visiting cities such as Bangkok, Singapore, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, showcasing their powerful performances to fans worldwide.
