K-pop powerhouse Seventeen generated a remarkable US$88 million and captivated approximately 574,000 concertgoers across 25 shows during the six-month tracking period ending March 31. This impressive achievement was confirmed by Pledis Entertainment, referencing a recent Billboard report.
The acclaimed K-pop act launched its highly successful “NEW_” worldwide tour in September last year, concluding its extensive run with a memorable encore concert held in Incheon, west of Seoul, in April.
Further demonstrating K-pop’s global reach, TWICE and Tomorrow X Together also featured prominently on the list, securing the 12th and 15th ranks, respectively.
Globally, Lady Gaga led the midyear list with an astounding $236.2 million, closely followed by Bad Bunny, who garnered $230.3 million, as detailed in the comprehensive report.
