Hana Expands Social Impact Internships

Ham Young-joo, CEO of Hana Financial Group, was recently photographed with officials and program participants at the official launch of this year’s Power On Innovative Companies Internship program. The ceremony took place at Hana Financial Group’s headquarters in central Seoul, highlighting the group’s commitment to fostering innovation and supporting growth.

This impactful internship program is specifically designed to expand crucial support for social innovation companies. It offers substantial financial assistance, providing 2.3 million won (approximately $1,530 USD) in monthly wage support for a period of three months to 250 selected companies. Furthermore, to encourage long-term employment, the program extends an additional two months of wage support if interns are successfully hired for full-time positions.
