Cheong Wa Dae was scheduled to convene an emergency economic review meeting on Sunday with relevant ministries to coordinate responses to potential economic impacts stemming from persistent tensions in the Middle East.
Kim Yong-beom, the presidential chief of staff for policy, is slated to preside over the meeting, scheduled for 2 p.m., joined by vice ministers from the Ministries of Finance, Foreign Affairs, Industry, Energy, and Public Safety, as well as senior presidential aides, according to the presidential office.
